เป็นเรื่องราวการฆาตกรรมอันแสนลึกลับที่เกิดระหว่างการฝึกภาคสนามขั้นสุดท้ายของเหล่านักเรียนเอฟบีไอบนเกาะแห่งหนึ่ง เมื่อสมาชิกแต่ละคนเริ่มถูกทยอยสังหารโดยฝีมือฆาตกรลึกลับซึ่งจะทิ้งคำใบ้ไว้ทุกครั้งที่ลงมือกระทำการ เอฟบีไอมือใหม่เหล่านั้นจึงต้องใช้ความรู้ความสามารถที่ตนเองมีอยู่เพื่อหาทางหยุดยั้งแผนฆาตกรรมแลเปิดโปงเจ้าฆาตกรรายนี้ให้ได้
